1. 1. Fees & Commissions – eFoilgc’s commission applies upon a successful sale and is non-refundable.

1. 1. Prohibited Items – Only hydrofoiling, eFoiling, wingfoiling, and related water sports equipment are allowed.

1. 1. Buyer Beware – Buyers should conduct due diligence before purchasing.

Terms for Option A: eFoil Doctor Reviewed & Managed Sales

1. 1. Product Review & Storage – Items are physically reviewed, stored, and listed by eFoilgc.

1. 1. Accuracy Guarantee – eFoilgc ensures accurate descriptions based on the eFoil Doctor’s review.

1. 1. Condition Transparency – If an item’s condition is misrepresented by the seller, eFoilgc reserves the right to reject the listing or update the description.

1. 1. Payment Handling – eFoilgc collects payment from the buyer, deducts the commission, and transfers the balance to the seller within 7 business days of finalising the sale.

1. 1. Liability Limitations – eFoilgc is not responsible for post-sale performance issues, unless directly related to the eFoil Doctor’s review.

Terms for Option B: Private Seller Listings

1. 1. Seller Responsibility – Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and real photos of their product.

1. 1. No Condition Verification – eFoilgc does not inspect or guarantee the condition of private listings.

1. 1. Disputes & Claims – Buyers must resolve disputes directly with the seller. eFoilgc will only mediate if evidence of fraud is presented.

1. 1. Payment & Fees – eFoilgc does not handle payments for private listings. The commission is charged post-sale via invoice or automatic deduction (if applicable).

1. 1. Listing Removal Rights – eFoilgc reserves the right to remove misleading or inappropriate listings at any time.

Refunds & Disputes

• • Option A Sales: Buyers may request a return within 7 days if the item significantly differs from the eFoil Doctor’s listing description.

• • Option B Sales: All sales are final, unless the seller explicitly offers returns.

Final Notes

• • Sellers are responsible for complying with local laws regarding second-hand goods sales.

• • eFoilgc reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Commission Structure – eFoilgc Hydrosports will charge a commission based on the level of service provided:

Option A: eFoil Doctor Reviewed & Managed Sales (Held In-House by eFoilgc)

✔️ Includes:

• • High-quality photos taken by eFoilgc

• • Listing managed by eFoilgc on the Marketplace

• • Secure handling of buyer inquiries & transactions

• • Buyer confidence in a reviewed & recommended product

Option B: Private Seller Listings (Uploaded & Managed by the Seller)

✔️ Commission: 15% of the final sale price (minimum fee: $50 AUD)
✔️ Includes:

• • Exposure to a targeted foiling audience

• • Transaction support & basic dispute resolution

It’s a dedicated second-hand marketplace for hydrofoiling, eFoiling, and wingfoiling gear, including boards, foils, wings, and accessories. You can buy or sell used equipment through two listing options:

1. 1. eFoil Doctor Reviewed & Managed Sales – Items are held, reviewed, and listed by eFoilgc for maximum buyer confidence.

1. 1. Private Seller Listings – Sellers upload their own listings, and transactions happen directly between buyer and seller.

• • eFoilgc either reviews and lists the product on behalf of the seller (Option A) or approves the listing for private sellers (Option B).

• • Buyers browse the Marketplace, contact sellers, and complete the purchase.

• • For eFoilgc-managed sales (Option A), eFoilgc handles the transaction and transfers payment to the seller after the sale.

No. Only hydrofoiling, eFoiling, Wingfoiling, Kitefoiling and Surf Foiling related watersports equipment are allowed. Inappropriate or misleading listings will be removed.

For Buyers

❓ How do I know if a product is in good condition?

• • Option A (eFoil Doctor Reviewed) → Items have been inspected, with an accurate description and professional photos.

• • Option B (Private Listings) → Sellers provide their own descriptions and photos. Always ask for additional details if unsure!

❓ Can I return a product if I’m not happy with it?
